“It takes a strong team to make it in small business. WBD has been a part of our team for the past 6 years. The biggest advantage in getting a loan through WBD is to be able to plan long range. WBD has given our business long term mortgage stability. Do not be dissuaded about the loan process. The friendly team at WBD will walk you step-by-step through the loan application. Give them a call and help your business grow.”
– Sheila Cundiff, Owner/Manager
In 2002, Sheila Cundiff was looking for storage solutions in the Coulee region. Unable to find anything satisfactory, Sheila decided to supply her own. As a veteran of the US Army, including a tour of duty in Desert Storm, Sheila wasn’t afraid of the challenges that come with being a business owner. Her initial 51 storage units soon grew to accommodate 905 units in varying sizes at eight locations. Sheila’s units can accommodate everything from a few household items to full-sized RVs. With a personal approach to customer service, Sheila values her customers, often working with them personally, and strives to provide high-quality, well-maintained storage units to her customers.
A prior user of the Refinance program, Sheila was looking to refinance her most recent storage unit location addition. Utilizing the SBA 504 Refinance program provided by WBD and financing from River Bank, Sheila was able to refinance the debt she acquired when purchasing her Onalaska location. The refinance provides Sheila with a long-term fixed rate and additional working capital.
