Earlier this month, the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) announced their 2017-2018 NADCO Board of Directors election results.
WBD is pleased to announce that Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Randy Kyle has been elected as an at-large director.

Randy, who is a CPA and has a Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota, brings a wealth of operational and financial expertise to WBD.
In the past, Randy served on the board of several organizations: ten years on the National Council on Crime & Delinquency (eight years as Treasurer); six years on the Madison Club Board (six years as Treasurer); and fifteen years on the First United Methodist Church Foundation Board (four years as Chairman and eight years as Treasurer).
Randy served as a WBD Board Member for ten years before stepping into an executive role. During this time, he ran a financial consulting business geared towards small business owners.
New NADCO board members assumed responsibilities on October 20, 2017.
NADCO, founded in 1981, is a trade association that promotes, supports, and educates certified development companies—nonprofit companies across the country that provide unique financing to small businesses in conjunction with participating lenders.
To date, the CDC industry has generated over $150 billion dollars in small-business project financing.
